Martial arts training with a friend

Training martial arts with friends can help you reach your goals faster so to celebrate this, we are giving free t-shirts* to any friends who become members of Sanda Fighting Arts! The benefits for training with friends have been well documented so rather than repeat all the reasons why training with friends is great for you, we want to focus on a couple key aspects:

Success in martial arts or any fitness program is a marathon, not a sprint

Consistency in training martial arts is critical for success. Training with friends not only makes the training more enjoyable, but also will keep you going on a consistent basis. There will be days where you just don’t want to train, so having a friend to keep you accountable will be critical to staying on the path. A friend can also push you during workouts and help you celebrate the milestones along the way.

Training together strengthens relationships

Training at Sanda Fighting Arts is a lot of fun, but it’s also a real challenge! Facing that challenge with a friend will strengthen your relationship with that person. You will learn a lot about yourself and your friends as you go through this journey together.
